Head of Sales

Visuality is a quality-driven software house from Warsaw that provides professional IT services for over 10 years. We develop solutions for SMEs, corporations but mostly for startups. We are looking for a leader of our sales team that is communicative, creative, hard to discourage and has knowledge about business, product design and development in IT.

We are a Polish company but we work only for foreign clients, so language of this ad is not a mistake:) Also did I mention we have 5-star rating on clutch? You can check it out to see sample projects we've been working on.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible sales — using all your knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills and team support to effectively communicate with clients to find their requirements and propose the best fit in terms of technology and team
  • Planning and developing sales strategies and processes with support of marketing and PR activities
  • Aligning sales strategies with company’s technological long and short-term goals
  • Facilitating MVP workshops, making sure their outcomes meet client’s business needs and expectations
  • Networking, creating new relationships and partnerships
  • Being open to occasional travelling related to sales activities
  • Cooperate with other team members on daily basis, to understand company culture and processes

What we expect form a perfect candidate:

  • Experience in international B2B sales, Customer Service or Customer Relations
  • A proven track record in creating and executing sales strategies
  • Strong experience in closing deals with clients along with maintaining relationships throughout the whole process
  • Ease of building longterm relationships
  • Knowledge about startups, SMEs, and corporate environment
  • Good knowledge about IT products and development methodologies
  • Good research and strategic analysis skills
  • Excellent English


  • Base salary up to 20k PLN net on B2B contract depending on Your experience
