Our core stack is Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite databases. We build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, use Hotwire and Turbo for reactive frontends, and Hotwire Native for cross-platform mobile applications. Visuality offers transparent hourly rates: Junior developers (1-3 years) at 30 EUR/hour, Mid-level (4-7 years) at 50 EUR/hour, Senior (7+ years) at 60 EUR/hour, and Master (13+ years) from 75 EUR/hour. Volume discounts of up to 10% are available for larger teams. A free part-time Project Manager (up to 40 hours/month) is included when hiring 3+ developers.
