We'd rather keep growing the way we always have, through trust and introductions, than chase it. When you connect us with a team that needs senior and master Rails engineers, you help us do what we do best, and we share the upside with you: a real commission that keeps running for as long as the work does. A straightforward exchange, and we treat it as one.
We never take your introduction lightly. When you put a name forward, your own reputation rides on it. If we let your contact down, it's your name on the line, not just ours. We hold up our end: your contact gets senior and master engineers who genuinely deliver, backed by our full expertise and dedication. You recommend people you can stand behind, and your name stays exactly as good as it was when you made the call.
Your Commission for the 1st project
You earn a commission for the projects you bring us: your full 5% through the project's first year (or until it wraps, if that comes sooner), then a flat 2% after that, for as long as the client stays with us.
It's tied to real work: your share is a slice of what the team actually invoices each month, so it grows with the size of the team and the length of the project. The rates behind it are the ones we publish on our pricing page.

After the first year, the rate drops to a 2% commission that continues for as long as Visuality handles the project: Small ≈ 160 EUR per month (1,920 EUR per year), Medium ≈ 480 EUR per month (5,760 EUR per year), Big ≈ 800 EUR per month (9,600 EUR per year).
We Reward Commitment
Every project you send our way is a vote of trust, and we'd rather honor that than take it for granted. Commitment compounds: each new project you bring lifts your commission by a percentage point, from 5% on the first up to 10% from the sixth onward. The longer you keep the loop going, the more it gives back.
