Building a customizable charity e-commerce application
Treebute is a company that actively helps small African communities by planting fruit trees that provide food and shade, work for the local farmers and caretakers, but also teaches responsibility to the communities. The goal is to encourage companies that have CSR budgets to help reduce poverty and starvation.
Treebute wants to plant 100 000 trees by the end of 2023. For every 10 trees planted by their clients, they plant 1 tree themselves.
The Challenge
We were chosen by the client based on our professional approach and care for details. According to our client we prepared the most flexible offer that suited their needs.
We performed an event storming session in order to make sure that the discovery process is fast yet precise. In just a couple of hours we are able to list all the features and define the scope.

Our Approach
Fixed Price Estimation
After the workshops, we were able to deliver a three-point estimation with a precise cost that was agreed upon in the contract.
Immediate Start
The client provided their own designs in Figma so the work could start immediately after reaching the agreement.
Project Results
We set weekly meetings and demos so the client could observe quick progress and comment on the results. Thanks to our project manager the delivery process and communication with the client was smooth and effortless.
We introduced Trestle (admin panel) that saves the cost and meets all clients needs.
Thanks to our experience with Stripe, we were able to effortlessly integrate it into the system so Treebute's clients are able to set and manage their subscriptions.
